Return & Exchange Policy

At Cardaa, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every handbag. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Conditions

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order
  • Sale/discounted items and customised products are not eligible

How to Request

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Email us at hello@cardaa.in
  • Share your Order ID, product images, and reason for request

Refunds

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item, and replacement is not available
  • Your order was cancelled before shipping (prepaid orders only)

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be issued via UPI/Bank Transfer after successful pickup and quality check

Important Note

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings
  • Change of mind after purchase

Reverse Pickup & Charges

  • We will attempt to arrange a reverse pickup for eligible returns/exchanges
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product
  • For returns/exchanges due to personal preference, a ₹150 logistics fee may be:
    • Deducted from the refund, or
    • Charged separately

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased on sale or discount
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items returned without original packaging or beyond the return window
