Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Once shipped, you will receive your tracking details via email and SMS
Shipping Time & Charges
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — Free on all orders
- Express Shipping (Optional): 1–3 business days — ₹149 flat
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for selected pin codes in India only
- Available for orders below ₹7,000
Important:
- Please ensure your mobile number is active for confirmation
- Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled
- Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for future purchases
We recommend prepaid orders for faster dispatch and a smoother experience.

Delivery Delays & Address Issues
- While we work with reliable logistics partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather or unforeseen conditions
- If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please inform us within 24 hours
